There's a really neat Aquarium in Albuquerque that we went to after the Zoo. I was really impressed with the displays they had there! I think the Aquarium in Salt Lake had a better variety though - so if they could get together and combine variety and display - it'd be the best Aquarium EVER! :)
I didn't get a picture of the shark tank (dang it) but it was floor to ceiling and an entire room length of glass full of sharks, sting rays, turtles, eels, etc.

they had this neat tunnel too that had reef fish (think Finding Nemo haha)
We also went to a really good restaurant in Santa Fe called Zias. I highly recommend in
BEST FISH AND CHIPS I've had in a LONG time!!
