Just Some Pics

Well, we'll start with some pictures of the MANY work trip things I've gone on with Ry! He's been going up Parley's Canyon up to Little Dell to check on water levels and this nifty fish trap thing. We'll get to that...first...can you spot the deer? There's 2 of them! :)

Now can you spot Ry? The water was FREEZING because this particular time we went at around dusk (it was after 8 I think) so the water got cold quick!

see :)

He's cleaning all the debris off of the trap so that it doesn't flood and it actually does it's job to catch the spawning fish! So...what did I do while he was working so hard?
Yeah self portraits. What's that you say? Oh yeah I am so rocking the wader and...

White pants...I would suggest that if you ever go on something like this...leave the white at home lol

It was really getting dark by the time we were getting done

I was thinking this picture was pretty cool....

The sunset was really pretty!

The best part of the evening...we had a stand off with a big old moose! Ry was saying that they usually get spooked if they spot you...this guy totally wasn't spooked! In fact...he started coming towards us, so Ry and the Moose had a stare down for a good 10 minutes before we could get past him!

Have you guys ever seen these snugglers? They have been a LIFESAVER at night! My little Asher loves being wrapped up and snuggled. He went from waking up every hour and a half to every 4 to 5 hours! It's been SO nice! And he looks SO cute!

Aiden is such a great big brother! He is slightly Nintendo obsessed...no good! But anyway, here he is showing off his stash...

I had to go wash a bottle or something, and I heard my little Asher crying, then out of nowhere just stopped...I was a little worried so I hurried in and this is what I found...

Aiden had completely surrounded him with toys! What a sweet big brother (he fell asleep haha)

He loves the little bears that hang from his pack and play...since we're living with the in-laws this summer, we've opted to just use a bassinet and pack and play until we move into our apartment in August. It's been really nice actually!

So, I used to think it was so weird when people would put labels on their food...well, NOW I KNOW WHY!! If you don't...things disappear within minutes haha

Give Aid a hose and a dirt yard and he will be entertained for HOURS....seriously!

I'll have more pictures soon! I hope everyone is having a great summer so far!!

Parade!

We went to the Springville Art City Days Parade this year! We missed the first 20 minutes about, but there was still lots of Parade to see!
Aiden watching the drummer

The SHS class of '91 was spraying the crowds with the fire house...which is why I stepped back rather far! Can you spot Ry and Aid in the corner?

Aiden loved the karate guys! There were about 10 different groups in the parade.

This kid got punched right in the face!

Aiden also loved the basketball guys!

Oh yes, we will be at this rodeo!

Those would be giant hot dogs!

Aiden got to pet Miss Spanish Fork Rodeo First Attendants Horse...then a bunch of kids swarmed the horse...poor Aiden :)

Voted best float...Orem City. Ryan was proud :)

Happy Easter!!

We had a small, relaxing Easter this year. I bought all the stuff a few weeks early, since I didn't know yet when Asher would be here. Aiden colored eggs with my mom (they were monster eggs)
Then he had an Easter Egg Hunt with a bunch of plastic eggs!

He was SO excited!!

Every time he found an egg, he would scream, giggle and show us!

His loot! He was a super lucky little guy! We had an amazing dinner too (thanks mom!).

No worries...Asher got an egg too!

I hope every one's Easter was filled with family and fun!
